Welcome to CenturyLink 2nd Tier Reporting Supplier Portal
CenturyLink's suppliers are key to our company's success in the highly competitive marketplace. We rely upon our strong base of suppliers to support our internal initiative of MWDVBE utilization and commitment to small business development.
2nd Tier Reporting
Tier II spending consists of payments made to minority, service disabled veteran or non-ethnic women owned businesses for the purchase of goods and services, used directly or indirectly, in support of a majority supplier, which in this case is CenturyLink.

All prime suppliers with an average yearly spend of $1,000,000 are encouraged to have an MWDVBE subcontracting plan as part of their Sourcing contract and report on a quarterly basis payments made to those diverse vendors.
